TalentCorp's LiKES (Internship Placement Matching Grant for SMEs and Start-Ups) programme is a smart workforce financing tool for growth-stage Malaysian SMEs. Here is what you can claim
Receive RM2,000 in advance for up to 5 interns per company. New programme effective March 2026 — get funded before the internship completes.
Government co-funds 50% of each intern's monthly salary, capped at RM850/month at the RM1,700 salary ceiling. Active from January 2026.
Over a 4-month internship at a maximum RM1,700/month salary: RM850/month x 4 months
TalentCorp's team will be on-site during the Application Clinic to check eligibility, review documents, and guide your submission in real time.
